EGiA project aims to not only educate but also inspire young individuals to become advocates for the EU and its many opportunities. As part of this project ESN Austria organized a National Policy Dialouge gathering young people and policymakers to discuss about topics of democracy, civic engagement, active citizenship, EU opportunities and the upcoming European Parliament’s elections on the 6th of June.
Members of ESN were engaging with other students about European Elections and active citizenship. During a meeting of several ESN sections in Vienna, participants joined a presentation about Europe, EU and its benefits. Highlight of these dialogues was a panel discussion at Haus der EU in Vienna. Participants joined a dynamic discussion on the upcoming EU elections and could engage with representatives of different parties.
