Objective / Goal of the activity
Moustache themed decorations such as balloons, stickers and a banner were used with the aims of:
- raising awareness of men's health issues
- raising funds for the Movember Foundation
Description
ESN UCLM hosted three charity parties to raise money for the Movember Foundation. This global organization focuses on four issues: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivityIt is noteworthy to mention that Movember invests in research, treatment, educational and support services, etc.
Result of the activity
€ 0.50 from every beverage purchased at the events was donated, with a total of € 170 raised.
