Goal of the Activity
To introduce new and active ESN TEDU members to the structure, mission, and responsibilities within ESN through informative sessions, hands-on workshops, and engaging activities. The event aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills to contribute effectively to ESN while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Description
- Mini ESN TEDU 101 was a full-day training event designed to educate and engage both active and prospective ESN members. The event featured a comprehensive introduction to ESN’s mission, history, and structure, along with essential guidelines such as the Code of Conduct and Visual Identity Manual. Participants also learned about ESN card benefits and ESN Türkiye’s national events.
- Event Coordination: Understanding ESN Causes, event planning from scratch, crisis management, and brainstorming event ideas for special days.
- Communication Management: Content marketing, typography, branding guidelines, and the philosophy behind the ESN logo.
- ESN CV Workshop: Guidance on structuring an ESN-focused CV.
Board members conducted specialized workshops to provide hands-on training in key areas:
To maintain engagement, the event included energizers, icebreakers, and a content creation challenge led by the Communication Managers. Participants also had the chance to take photos with the ESN TEDU mascot.
