Goal of the Activity
Our Members Meetings are a roughly bi-weekly event where we come together to talk about the latest updates and recent or upcoming events. It is a platform for our members to exchange ideas and get in contact, including the presence of the board. As we do not have an own room, this is the best way for our association to stay in touch and plan our activities outside of Slack.
Description
We invite you to the ideal event to meet other tutors, work on your ESN TUMi projects, plan events, ask questions and propose ideas.
Agenda:
- 18:30 - 19:15: Presentation part with recent/upcoming events and e.g. opportunities within ESN TUMi and the whole network
- 19:15 - 19:45: Micro training sessions (brief interactive workshops)
- 19:45 - 20:45: Open space for organising events, working on projects, etc.
- 19:45 - open end: hanging out and playing games afterwards, go to a bar later
