We have organized a local school to help the growing of our volunteers
On the 6th of March we organized a local school with the aim to speak about the Erasmus Student Network organization and our volunteer activities to the new members of our staff. The school was organized both in person and online, to make sure that more people could participate to it even without being in Siena. The local board members and the board supporters prepared the agenda, and gave their presentations about different thematics concerning the organization and the way of working of ESN Siena GES section. Morerover, we could receive the help of two ESN Italy board members, who accepted being trainers for the day. The activity comprises also workshops and team bulding moments between the different people attending.
