Goal of the Activity
The activity's objective was to enhance the abilities of our new volunteers and train them for the benefit of the ESN network.
Description
In these two days, the new members of our section spent two days together, we had a lot of workshops and interactive sessions held by some "old" members of our section.
We talked about what it means to be part of the board, how to organize trips, how to make budgets, but also about things more related to life outside ESN such as sessions on active listening and management of conflicts and crises.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
