- Welcome and Ice-breaking: A warm welcome with an introduction to the day and activities to break the ice among participants.
- Why ESN?: An introductory workshop about ESN, focusing on its mission, values, and impact.
- Team Building: Activities aimed at strengthening connections and improving collaboration among members.
- How to Board: A session dedicated to understanding Board roles, with practical insights and advice.
- How to Organize Events: A workshop on planning and managing events, with a special focus on new members.
