Local Boards' Training: Restart Your Section

Taking into consideration the main goal of the activity, we sought to to familiarise newly elected Local Board members with the ESN environment, foster cooperation between sections, and seek solutions to the challenges that they share. The training included group simulations in which the participants were tasked with devising an action plan for a hypothetical section. This and other activities enabled participants to take away important lessons, used for preparing for the upcoming academic year.
