In today's highly competitive job market, companies are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership skills. Whether you are planning to pursue a career in business, healthcare, education, or any other field, the ability to lead and manage others is crucial for success.
During the workshop, we explored different leadership styles, techniques, and strategies that have proven to be effective in the workplace. The international students also had the opportunity to be engage in practical exercises that had the aim to understand what leadership is and means.
The workshop was held by our Communication Manager Andrea Garbarino, who works in the consulting business and is specializing in managerial formation and process reengineering.
