Providing volunteers with the necessary tools and skills to identify, manage and respond effectively to crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the group during unexpected emergencies.
Description
A dynamic and interactive workshop dedicated to crisis management, designed for section volunteers. Every day crises can arise in any context, being prepared is crucial. The following points were touched upon during the session: crisis identification and assessment, planning, stress management and clear and transparent communication.
Participants worked in groups, precisely to strengthen the group concept and understand the concept of sharing
