Goal of the Activity
The idea was to implement a year-long strategy starting from the spring semester 2023 focusing on our volunteers, consisting in many activities, plans and calls. We felt that newbies were getting lost after not so much time in ESN and we wanted to keep their motivation high and prevent abandonment.
