Show step by step all procedures used during office hours.
Description
Through a series of practical activities and the aid of a PP presentation, the participants were able to familiarise themselves with the procedures for registering ESNcards, filling in receipts and, above all, completing the report at the end of the office.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
