Goal of the Activity
Learning how to make typical Bari pasta (orecchiette and cavatelli).
Description
We taught our Erasmus how to make Bari orecchiette and cavatelli, providing them with the necessary tools to make the dough and then form the orecchiette and cavatelli as per the original recipe, and at the end, the Erasmus were free to take their creations home to taste real home-made Bari pasta.
