Objective / Goal of the activity
The goal of the event is to familiarize the international students with Hungarian gastronomy and culture.
Description
We took the participants to the Vörös Postakocsi Restaurant in Budapest to experience a traditional Hungarian meal. The menu included the famous goulash, chicken paprikash and a dessert. The goulash wass lactose and sugar free, the chicken paprikash was sugar free. According to the feedbacks the event was a huge success among the international students, as for most of them it was the first time they tasted these dishes.
Result of the activity
Participants had the chance to get to know Hungarian culture in more depth through eating traditionally Hungarian dishes.
