Description
after having a nice dinner, participants were divided in groups based on the language they wanted to speak (Italian, English, Spanish or French). We started off with some ice breaking games to make them familiar each other and the language. They were then given two papers: in one they had to discuss about the skills Erasmus provides you with; while, with the other one, they were exploring the same related to volunteering roles in ESN, such as President, Communication Manager, Event Manager. To help them, we provided the participants with this useful guide
