Goal of the Activity
The goal of the local school was to allow new volunteers and newbies to acquire skills and knowledge needed in time management, event organisation, teamwork, understanding how ESN works at national and local level.
Description
The Local School organised by ESN Siena GES involved, with the help of the local board and trainers, instructing the new volunteers on the functioning of ESN at a national level,ESN principles and values, ESN national events, how to organize a local event, making team building, working in a group and facing our fears, understanding how to pursue your goal in ESN and talk about what pushed you to join ESN
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
