By organising those meetings, we aim to provide volunteers working on both National and Local levels with necessary knowledge useful in their responsibilities. We also search for people competent or aspiring enough to hold certain positions in our structures now or in the future. We also focus on the professional development of the volunteers, enhancing the workshops by bringing up the most wanted skills and abilities on the market. Apart from that we provide a possibility for National Coordinators to gain more experience as trainers.
Our Community Meetings are advanced training events organised for the volunteers focused on particular fields which we host twice a year. During the workshops, we try to implement the skills useful both in volunteering and professional activity. For now, we have separate training paths for: Business & Finance, Project Management, Fundraising, Communication, IT, Data Analysis, Human Resources Management, Education, Leadership and Volunteer Management and also Social Inclusion. During all of them, we engage experienced trainers from our National Organisation and Eduk8 but also those provided by our Institutional and Commercial Partners.
