Dedicate a whole weekend to the training of young ESN volunteers and future local board members, through the organisation of workshops, small sessions and presentations which help to make the participants more aware of their activity within the Association and, at the same time, to make them discover skills and capacities hitherto unknown to them, which are also useful in their daily and working life.
The National School is ESN Italy's flagship training event. Over three days, the pool of Italian volunteers who are experts in non-formal education, together with the National Board and the Training Coordinator, create and hold many different workshops, touching on the most diverse topics, to train young ESNers and future local Board members. The 2023 School was characterised by a refined and articulated selection of Topics, which emerged during the calls, forms and discussions that took place during the numerous events of our Network, and which are listed below: Empowerment, Communication & Social Media Management, Motivation & Knowledge Transfer, Advocacy & Tenders.
