Objective / Goal of the activity
Bring some joy and intercultural dialogue to the friday afternoon of some refugee kids in Darmstadt
Description
Event organized by ESN Darmstadt. For the Kick-Off of the Local Platform South-West of ESN Germany hosted by ESN Darmstadt, some team members of different German ESN sections visited a refugee camp in Darmstadt to do some handcrafting and play some games with the children. The focus was to get them in touch with German Active Citizens and to bring some alternation in their everyday´s life.
Result of the activity
The children asked ESN to come back soon. This tells a lot about the success of the event!
