To get your message across without using any words. As the phrase goes: “Actions speak louder than words” 🙂
We arranged this game keeping in mind that 40 or so people will show up. 5 or 6 ESNers made a group on Messenger and shared a Google sheet in which people added words, names of movies, songs, phrases, etc. All of them had to be famous so people could guess them with relative ease. Of course some of the words were in there just for fun 😂
We then made a number of cards using coloured sheets. Our idea was to divide the people into teams. Each team would get an equal amount of time to guess as many cards as they can. The team with the highest number of cards wins!
A decent amount of people showed up. It seems that the idea of playing a game with your fellow students is always a success and people tend to gather more frequently for such activities than any sports related activity, as this takes far less effort for them. Also it is more fun to be a part of such games. The winning team got their photo on the event page and won some small prizes as a reward.
