The objective of the Erasmus Winter Party Brussels was to organise Brussels' largest international student party ever with all 5 ESN sections in Brussels.
With 3 bars and 4 differents spaces, the venue could theoretically accept up to 2.300 participants.

The Erasmus Winter Party Brussels took place on Tuesday 26 November 2019 from 10 PM onwards, at Saint-Louis University, Brussels (UCLouvain). Both the old Clubhouse (located rue du Marais 107) and the brand new Agora (salle polyvalente in the new Ommegang building) were used. Both connect through an small exterior space. This makes the venue the largest student party hall in the city.
A thousand international and local students participated to the event. The most complicated issue of such a large party was the completion of all necessary shifts. ESN Brussels United was helped by national board members that were originally from Brussels, and also, unexpectedly, by ESNers of ESN Leuven, who were present.
The decision to offer the entrance to ESNcard holders worked out well in the budget.
