Objective / Goal of the activity
The aim of this activity was to raise awareness and empathy for disadvantaged individuals.
Description
First, we gathered with the Erasmus students at the Turkcell Dialogue Museum in Gayrettepe Metro. Later, we participated in the dialogue in the dark, which is a part of the museum. Accompanied by a disadvantaged instructor, we experienced the same feelings for 1 hour and tried to empathize their daily lives.
Result of the activity
According to the feedback of the participants, the event was very impressive and showed that we achieved awareness. We understood that he contributed to our empathy for 1 hour and matured our thoughts. Most importantly, it brought a new perspective to our ideas.
