Who? All students (Erasmus and Resident Students).
Where? At Foyer sportif of ULBsports (Building E1): Avenue Adolphe Buyl 89, 1050 Ixelles.
Hello everyone. You are invited to our special welcome party which will take place for the first time at ULB (Solbosch campus) on Wednesday 25th of September .
PROGRAM:
21h00: Doors open and beginning of the party (music, drinks, tapas and snacks)
22h30 - 22h45: Shows of various dances / artistic activities.
22.45 - 02.00: Party continues
02h: End of the evening.
The music will be varied : rn'b, hiphop, afrotrap, reggaeton, salsa, bachata, dancehall, brasilian funk, French music, Rai'nb, house, commercial music.
The room is large with a total area of 300 m2.
Tickets: PRESALES: 5 euros (1 drink included) during zumba and salsa classes at ULB sports from (7pm to 10pm) ---> Ask Jo (the dance teacher).
ENTRANCE at the door: 5 EUROS (Students)
10 EUROS (non-students)
To assure a better quality of the event and your confort, the places will be limited. Get your presales to avoid any inconvenience.
Priority will be given to students in case of saturation.
The room is secure (security staff present).
