Goal of the activity

Our two workshop holders wanted to introduce the participants to the notion of feedback culture and the different types of feedback we give and receive.

Result of the activity

The participants were able to understand how feedback affects us, how to give it and take it, some main techniques, what is feedback culture and why we need it to improve our teamwork both professionally and personally.
