To reduce the clothing consumption and raise awareness of environmental sustainability.
Description
ESN Trondheim arranged a clothes swap to raise awareness of environmental sustainability and to reduce the waste. The Social Erasmus committee collected clothes and invited all students in Trondheim to join the event. This was a great opportunity get rid of excess clothing and find something new for free.
Result of the activity
Approximately 30 swaps during the two hours. People enjoyed the event and wanted us to arrange it more often. The rest of the clothes were were donated to Fretex, the largest social enterprise in Norway working with recycling and sustainability.
