Active listening workshop

Over the past year, thanks to the work done by the National Board, we realised how important it's to invest time in the training of our volunteers, so we decided to organise a series of events related to this topic, one of them being the workshop on *Active Listening*. Through one of our members, we addressed a salient and super-important point when working in a team: knowing how to give and receive feedback. It's crucial that the entire team works in a civilised environment, so as to foster personal development and maximise productivity. 

We are very happy to be able to say that this workshop helped a lot to lift the spirits and also made us realise how important it is to get to know people outside of volunteer work.
