A workshop designed to bring people together who share a common interest in acting and improvisation.
A local student who has been taking part in acting classes and theatre for some time came forward with the idea: “I am going to give you a quick insight to the games and exercises that actors use every day to improve their focus, imagination and group work. We will play some games which heat up the energy and melt the boundaries between you and the other students. You will get a short experience in improvisation and a feeling of how the group dynamics work. The workshop will be in English and there is no need to worry about your language skills because nothing can replace a great smile in a workshop like this.”
We spoke with the university and booked a room in Tallinn University of Technology. About 25 people showed up and had a really good time learning from an aspiring artist. The workshop was very creatively designed and can not be done without the help of a professional. We were really grateful to Andri Suga who came forward and helped arrange the event.
