Goal of the Activity
To spread awareness over a rare genetic disease: Osteogenesis Imperfecta
Description
International students are invited to a day aimed at spreading awareness about Osteogenesis Imperfecta: a rare genetic disease. This diseases manifests itself in many different forms and despite affecting 1 in 10000 people, it is widely unknown. Through a seminar, games, social activities, and the sharing of experience of an ESN volunteer affected by the condition, including how she lived her mobility periods, international students get to know more about what society can do in order not to exclude people suffering from Osteogenesis Imperfecta.
