The main goal of our Instagram live sessions was to activate Erasmus students during the time of social isolation and provide them with content. As part of this event, we organized live workout sessions & live Polish language lessons.
This workshop/activity provided international students with two easy, yet delicious and healthy, recipes that they could make with everyday ingredients. The main objective of this activity was to promote the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while in self-isolation, as a way to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy mind. This workshop also aimed at encouraging students to cook more by starting with easy recipes that did not require neither too many ingredients nor too many steps to achieve a delicious result.
What better way to spend a usually lazy Sunday than to learn to move your body. The cherry on top is that this is one of those rare events where foreign students get a chance to interact with the locals (at least those enthusiastic about learning how to dance).
Due to the on going situation , all of us should stay at home as much as possible what creates a wonderful opportunity to learn, focus on ourselves and be creative!
We are organising weekly activities for the Erasmus students, to make their stay in Cyprus as good as possible. There will be 4 weekly events:
- Cooking Sessions
- Workout Sessions
- Online Games
We wanted to make students work together in a quick an efficient way, which breaks down barriers, such as shyness and awkwardness that would happen in a normal set-up. This would help them organize as a team, practice leadership, or practice following "orders".
Main goal is introduce to Erasmus+ students Slovak nature and herritage. Improve cooperation with Erasmus+ students and show them active life spend in nature. Take a sport activities and hiking in nature. Improve relationships between ESN UNIZA, Erasmus+ students and local community. Show some cultural sites and landmarks and learn them traditional customs and life in village / nature conditions.
The objective of this solidarity competition is to practice some sports and collect food for the Banco de Alimentos de Cantabria. The winners will be the representatives of Santander in the National Erasmus Games.
The world is facing a pandemic, which is creating a lot of stress and anxiety in our society. We believe in the #stayathome movement and that it is the most important measure to prevent the spread of the virus. To help everyone with their social distancing and keeping their minds and body active we are providing online yoga and meditation live classes, that later are saved to our IGTV, so that everyone can repeat them.
