The Erasmus Talent & Innovation Labs (ETI Labs) bridges higher education and the labour market through three practice-based Labs on digital skills, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. In winter 2026, selected participants, including 20 international and 5 local students or recent graduates per Lab, will join intensive 3-day ImpacThons based on ETI Labs’ methodology. These Labs connect universities, students, and businesses while supporting skills linked to ESG and future employability.

Discover the methodology of the ETI Labs: the cutting edge ImpacThon!

This ImpacThon Methodology publication is a resource that explains the approach ETI Labs will use to turn learning into action. Instead of only discussing skills in theory, it shows how students and recent graduates can collaborate with universities, businesses, and public authorities on concrete challenges linked to digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. The model combines online preparation, an intensive on-site Lab, and follow-up activities, helping participants build practical competences and develop solutions with real social and professional value.
