This workshop/activity provided international students with two easy, yet delicious and healthy, recipes that they could make with everyday ingredients. The main objective of this activity was to promote the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while in self-isolation, as a way to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy mind. This workshop also aimed at encouraging students to cook more by starting with easy recipes that did not require neither too many ingredients nor too many steps to achieve a delicious result.

Goal of the activity is to encourage students to dig a little into cultural world and spend a day at home not only watching others' Instagram feeds, but also educating themselves and improving their personality, as well as their perception. Scrolling social media isn't the most productive way to spend your day at home - that's why we decided to find the best of what Internet can offer you in these dark times, such as podcasts, films, online exhibitions, concerts or even online theatre plays(!), and show you where and how to find them. Bored at home? You'll never be bored again after watching our Instagram stories and trying out some of those propositions!
