Studying abroad is an opportunity to acquire new and healthy habits such as engaging in sports activities or having a balanced diet. ESN organises several events on the topic and works to raise the health literacy of international students.
A blood donation truly is a “gift of life” that a healthy individual can give to others in their community who are sick or injured. In one hour’s time, a person can donate one unit of blood that can be separated into four individual components that could help save multiple lives
Unfortunately, I would say there is a big lack of knowledge of sexual health in Turkey. With this activity we aim to make participants more knowledgeable about sexual health, sexual transmitted disease, gender equality in sexuality and psychological perspective of sexuality. We believe that is a topic that people are not able to talk about due to some reasons. We just want people to be more free to talk about their sexuality and sexual orientation.
The purpose of our speedfriending Stammtisch is to connect not only international students with local students but also local students with local students! Due to the Corona restrictions our semester takes place completely online and as a result new students did not have any chance to connect with other ones. On one hand, we wanted to enable an open dialogue between these students and other ones simply looking for new contacts. On the other hand, we as ESN also used this chance to promote student mobility, speak about our Erasmus experiences and to give an impression of our work at ESN in general.
It's time to start the new year with new motivation and energy!

The goal of this event is to make people more aware of the relation between eating meat and wasting water. There is a big problem that is called ''global warming'' in the world which effect most of the human, plants and animals. We wanted to give information about this topic and start a challenge to not eat meat for a week and save some water.
While we are in quarantine, we don't move our body so much. That's why, it is really important to work out in these days to stay active. With this workout activity, we encouraged our members and Erasmus students to be more active.
The event promotes well-being and encourages international students to make a habit of exercising frequently and pursue a healthy lifestyle. It is a nice way to help international students to get to know each other while participating in an entertaining activity.
With our first Stammtisch in the new year we wanted to reunite and spend a funny evening together with some online games. Furthermore, we wanted to update everyone on the current situation and what to respect regarding the new Corona restrictions.
