The goal of our weekend workshops was to integrate our section members with aspiring members as well as to provide them with knowledge and abilities that may be useful during their ESN career and their future life and jobs.
During the weekend, participants were able to learn about time management, project management, motivation, desing thinking, knowledge transfer, and how to use your ESN experience during job interviews. Section members prepared workout sessions and recipes that everyone could try themselves. After workshops, we had a quiz about our knowledge about Harry Potter and we watched the series together online.
Thanks to our integration and workshops, we feel like we are stronger as a team and we are much more motivated. Also, our section members have now more knowledge and skills that will help them become more well-rounded ESNers and better candidates on the job market.
