Objective / Goal of the activity
Having a rather informative movie night all around the industry that acts as the biggest environmental polluter, which happens to be animal agriculture.
Description
We watched the movie "Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret", a groundbreaking environmental documentary following filmmaker Kip Andersen as he uncovers animal agriculture, the most destructive industry facing the planet today and investigates why the world’s leading environmental organizations are too afraid to talk about it. We also offered drinks and snacks to go along with the movie.
Result of the activity
Multiple students talked about the movie afterwards, so we're hoping that now knowing how much damage animal agriculture leaves behind ended up leaving a lasting impression on them.
