Objective / Goal of the activity
The goal of the activity was to collect items and clothes to collaborate with L'Oliver, an organization that helps people living in the streets, asylum seekers, denied asylum seekers and refugees in Brussels.
Description
During the whole month, in collaboration with the International Relations office of our University, VUB, we collected more than 30kg of clothes and toilet items for the local organization L'Olivier.
Local and international students and teachers participated in the collection. The collection point was located in the IROs office and promoted by the university too.
Result of the activity
We donated 30kg of clothes and items. The numbers of participants are vague but there were many. The collection will continue on January.
