To make the students know about ways how to improve their Curriculum Vitae ignorer to appeal to the companies and also, to ace their job interviews without difficulty.
The trainers from Efektas Group, gave the students their insights on:
- CV preparation.
- Acing a job interview.
- The art of negotiation.
They started out with some points on what to include and what not to include on the CV. Being a company themselves, they taught some tips and tricks on how to make one's CV appealing to the recruiter. Then, they presented about possible Job interview questions and planned a simulation interview by grouping the students and giving out tasks.
About 15 students turned up out of which 13 were international students and 2 were local students. The students loved the simulation interview and gained good insights on the topic.
