Studying abroad is an opportunity to acquire new and healthy habits such as engaging in sports activities or having a balanced diet. ESN organises several events on the topic and works to raise the health literacy of international students.
This event is primarily integrative and shows nearby places that may not necessarily be discovered by Erasmus students. This is a great opportunity to show an interesting place to practice physical activity or walk. In addition, the end of the term and more studies is a period when going for a full day walk can be relaxing and beneficial.
The project was implemented at the request of foreign students who are already bored with online events. We want them to continue to experience meeting people live and exploring the city during their exchange, so we mix online and offline events as much as possible.
The aim is to support a family in need by collecting and buying things they lack in everyday life and making their Christmas a peaceful and happy time they deserve. The best thing about this project is that every single person can make a contribution to it.
It shows that you can play sports together, despite the pandemic and restrictions. In addition, we heard the words that Erasmus did not know about such a forest - a place for running, so it is a great opportunity to show interesting places for physical activity or walking. The organization of the groups and the logistics of the event also deserve praise.
