The goal of activity was to facilitate the recruitment of young people to entry level jobs. Especially for those that have a variety of soft and hard skills because of extracurricular activities (such as participation in a volunteering organisation) and because of mobility.
Also, another goal was to provide a space for youth to discuss topics that they bring to the table with experts (eg how to prepare for a job interview) and get informed about job market trends and educational topics.
Youth Leaders 2025 is a premier event organized by ESN Greece that aims to bridge the gap between young people’s skills and the labor market, as well as academic development.
