The purpose of this initiative was to support and prepare members of the Erasmus Student Network by offering them key competencies, insights, and practical tools. This was achieved through engaging, inclusive training sessions focused on both personal growth and skill development.
The sessions were structured in such way as to enhance the effectiveness of local ESN sections, encourage stronger collaboration between sections and teams, and inspire continuous involvement at every level of the organisation.
The Regional Training Platform was held on May 23th to May 25th at the Ionian University located in Corfu and focused on empowering and encouraging the volunteers of our region. Through a combination of practical workshops, hands-on trainings and interactive group activities the participants were encouraged to expand their knowledge, enhance their capabilities and develop stronger bonds within the community. They acquired mental and practical skills while exchanging good practices with others.
This event was tailored to provide a nurturing atmosphere where everyone could exchange ideas, gain fresh perspectives, and grow both personally and professionally.
