Goal of the Activity
to offer a very warm welcome to our incomings in a 3-day event with food, drinks, activities indoor and outdoor, games, karaoke, party, hiking,... to give them a first feeling about their erasmus, our university, Vienna and the team. also to have our team members get some experience in organizing a bit event and to raise our team spirit
Description
set up: we booked prechtlsaal and built a space for drinks and ESNcards. depending on the day, we changed the arrangements of the tables to suit our needs
friday: welcome games, treasure hunt
saturday: international dinner, karaoke
sunday: wine hike
