Goal of the Activity

The Welcome Dinner aimed to foster a sense of community and belonging among Erasmus students by providing a space where they could connect, celebrate cultural diversity, and form meaningful friendships in a warm and inclusive environment.

Description

The Welcome Dinner was organised as the grand finale of Orientation Week, offering Erasmus students a memorable evening to gather, dine, and connect with one another. The event took place at an elegant venue, where students dressed up, enjoyed a shared meal, and engaged in lively conversations, bridging the diversity of their backgrounds.

As the evening progressed, the atmosphere became vibrant with music and dancing, creating a festive space for students to experience the richness of intercultural exchange. This evening offered more than just entertainment; it helped new arrivals feel welcomed and included, laying the foundation for lasting friendships and a strong sense of unity within the Erasmus community. Through this event, students were able to embrace both their shared and unique cultures, reinforcing the values of openness, social inclusion, and mutual respect.
