Surf Trip to Hoddevik

This event is for all international students currently studying in Trondheim. Surfing, sightseeing, being in the most amazing surroundings, new friends, hiking and ROADTRIP!! You can see the Atlantic road, Ålesund, beautiful mountains, fjords, stunning landscape and so much more! Paddle out with ESN and catch those waves! From the 19th to the 22nd of March in Hoddevik on the Norwegian west coast. Hoddevik is one of the best spots for surfing in Norway. Beginners, amateurs and pros are all welcome!

Ticket prices:

• 3 600 NOK with ESNcard
• 3 800 NOK without ESNcard

PS: You can buy your trip ticket with ESNcard even if you don’t have your card yet — just make sure to get your ESNcard before departure so it’s valid for the trip :)

The ticket includes:

• Level 1 lessons (beginners) or Level 2 lessons (with some experience)
• Accommodation Thursday-Sunday
• Surf gear
• Dinner Friday and Saturday

The ticket will not include:

• Breakfast and lunch, dinner Sunday, snacks, etc.
• Transportation

IMPORTANT: Ticket does NOT include car rental!

You are responsible for your own transportation. From previous trips students have reported back a wish to stay for longer or drive further south after the weekend. With you yourself being responsible for transportation you are free to stay for however long you see fit. Those who want can sign up to be placed in a driving group by us. We will suggest routes for you, that includes all the cool destinations there are to see on the way. Some of them are mentioned above.

PS. If you want to resell your ticket, it is important to inform us about this - both regarding the name change and the consent-form (free of charge). This way, we can make a name change, update the contact information, and send out the consent-form to the new participant :)

Program 

The proposed program for the trip: 

• Thursday: Driving to Stad!
• Friday: Surf as long as you want! We'll cook dinner and have fun!
• Saturday: More surfing for those who want. Otherwise, you can go hiking, or whatever you prefer. Dinner in the evening :)
• Sunday: Morning surf and road trip home.
