The goal of this activity was to introduce new members to the structure, mission, and values of ESN. It also aimed to train and inspire future volunteers to become active contributors within the organization.
The section School served as an introductory and training event for newcomers interested in joining ESN and recently activated volunteers. Participants learned about the network’s history, core principles, and various areas of involvement through presentations and interactive sessions led by experienced members.
The activity included workshops focused on teamwork, event organization, and intercultural communication, allowing attendees to develop practical skills while bonding with other volunteers. By the end of the session, participants had a clearer understanding of ESN’s impact and their potential roles within the section.
