The event was conceived as a cultural exchange opportunity for Erasmus students, giving them the chance to celebrate and share their native languages through the performance of poems, literary excerpts, or songs. The initiative aimed to promote awareness of linguistic and cultural diversity, encouraging participants to explore and appreciate the richness of different languages and traditions.
The event aimed to provide Erasmus students with a space to share and celebrate their native languages by reading poems, either their own creations or significant works from their cultures. A total of 19 different languages were represented, with particular attention given to rare or less commonly heard languages, which were especially appreciated by the audience. Although organizing the event required careful planning, from collecting the poems to creating the lineup and managing the flow of the evening, it maintained an informal and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
