Goal of the Activity
To promote physical wellness and mindfulness among international students through a professional Pilates session, helping participants improve flexibility, core strength, and overall wellbeing while fostering community connections.
Description
Participants were guided by a Pilates instructor in a dedicated studio space. The session included a comprehensive introduction to Pilates fundamentals, focusing on proper breathing techniques, body alignment, and controlled movements. Students practiced various exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility in a supportive and welcoming environment.
