Goal of the Activity
The goal was to spread the typical cultural italian fresh pasta, specifically the cappelletti romagnoli.
Description
There was a laboratory to make fresh pasta from scratch in a typical restaurant of Ravenna. All the participants were able to help with all the steps to make fresh pasta. Then they all had dinner together, eating the pasta that had been done previously.
Outcomes
There was a high rate of participants for the event.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
