The goal of the activity was to inspire and motivate ESNers by providing them with real-life examples of leadership and personal development within the network. Through the experiences shared by National Treasurer Şevval and National President Efe, participants gained a clearer understanding of how active involvement in ESN can contribute to both personal growth and professional skills. The event also aimed to strengthen the connection between the local and national levels, encourage members to take initiative and responsibility, and create an open space for dialogue where ESNers could freely ask questions and reflect on their own ESN journey.
NB Talks is an inspirational sharing and networking event organized in collaboration with ESN Çanakkale and SeCo. During this session, our National Treasurer Şevval and National President Efe joined the event to share their personal ESN journeys with ESNers.
They talked about their first steps in ESN, the challenges they faced, the responsibilities they undertook at different levels, and how their experiences shaped both their personal and professional development. The event continued with an interactive Q&A session, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions about leadership, motivation, time management, national teamwork, and growth within ESN.
The session created a warm and open atmosphere, encouraging ESNers to reflect on their own journeys and future involvement within the network.
