The aim of the Mini ESN 101 meeting was to welcome new active members and provide them with a clear understanding of ESN’s structure, values, and functioning, while strengthening their connection to ESN ESTU and encouraging active participation within the section.
Mini ESN 101 was a general meeting attended by new and returning active members as well as the board. During the meeting, ESN’s history and impact at both local and international levels were introduced, along with information on active membership, the benefits of being an ESNer, local committees, and the structure of meetings and events at local and national levels. Additionally, the Code of Conduct was explained to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Following the meeting, participants socialized, exchanged experiences, and had the opportunity to get to know each other better.
