Mella river clean-up

ESN Brescia participates, together with other student associations, in a cleanup of the Mella River, the main river of the city, which suffers from pollution due to waste of various kinds. Every year many volunteers join the initiative and collect a large amount of trash, working together to improve the local environment.

For Erasmus students, this activity is an opportunity to actively contribute to environmental sustainability, raise awareness about pollution, and experience the importance of community engagement. Through this hands-on initiative, participants learn that even small actions can have a meaningful impact on the planet, and they gain the chance to connect with local students and organizations dedicated to making the city cleaner and greener.
