The event had 3 games based on literature, a ,,make your own bookmark", and a mistery book swap in the end. After the introduction the first game was 'guess who', followed by 'Book Bingo' and then 'Charades'. After a break for drinks and socializing, the wining team was announced and then the book swap begun.
Outcomes
Everyone thought that the ticket price was affordable and that the food was nice (with a few exceptions). They enjoyed the charades game the most, and the book swap was a nice touch to end the event. The communication between the committee members was good, and we didn’t have any problems regarding the tasks we were responsible for.
